Grant joins Meridian with over two decades of experience in driving transformational growth and operational excellence across global markets. He is a seasoned leader with expertise in global sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic change management within Fortune 1000 companies.
In his previous role, Grant successfully led strategic M&A initiatives and drove product innovation at H.B. Fuller. Grant’s leadership has consistently delivered enhanced profitability and organizational success.

Grant holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado. As Commercial President, he will oversee operations within the Product Assembly Division, leveraging his experience to strengthen the market positions of American Sealants Inc. (ASI), Design Polymerics, and Bondloc UK Ltd., while advancing the division’s innovation pipeline and strategic goals.
