EP50-SC (Standard Cure) is a moisture-insensitive, 100% solids epoxy polymer engineered for skid-resistant overlay systems and other demanding infrastructure applications. Designed to provide exceptional bond strength, high early strength, and long-term durability, EP50-SC delivers reliable performance on bridge decks, parking structures, elevated slabs, PCCP, and high-friction surface treatments. Its low-modulus formulation helps accommodate substrate movement while maintaining outstanding adhesion to concrete surfaces. The easy-to-use 1:1 mix ratio, low viscosity, and compatibility with both automated dispensing equipment and hand-mixing methods make installation efficient in a wide range of field conditions. EP50-SC meets ASTM C881 and AASHTO M235 Type III Class B & C requirements, is VOC compliant, and requires no primer on properly prepared substrates. Available in package sizes ranging from 2-gallon kits to 500-gallon tote systems, EP50-SC is an ideal solution for contractors seeking durable, waterproof, high-performance overlay and epoxy aggregate systems.
