EPO-TEK® OD121-42 - Underfill Epoxy

ACCU-GROUT products are three-component, pre-proportioned, industrial grade epoxy grouting systems. ACCU-GROUT is a general construction epoxy grout which is also available in high-strength (ACCU-GROUT HD) and low exotherm (ACCU-GROUT LE) formulations.

Smooth, non-sag, non-abrasive consistency ideal for use in bulk dispensing systems without adverse wear on pumps. Extensive DOT approvals. Available in cartridges and bulk with ATC. 

Graphite-filled, High Temperature Epoxy designed for ESD/EMI shielding of semiconductor devices and electronics. It can be used in many electronic industries like consumer, military, and optical/OEM /fiber optics. It is an electrically conductive version of EPO-TEK® 377.
