EPX50-RC - Fast-Setting, Low-Modulus, Epoxy Urethane Co-Polymer

EPX50-RC (Rapid Cure) delivers fast, high-strength performance for demanding infrastructure applications. This moisture-insensitive epoxy-urethane overlay meets ASTM C881 / AASHTO M235 Type III and forms a durable, waterproof, anti-skid surface ideal for bridge decks, elevated slabs, and high-friction treatments. Designed for single or multi-layer applications, it ensures maximum adhesion and traction for long-lasting performance. EPX50-RC is also used in epoxy mortars, making it a versatile solution for safety and durability where it matters most. EPX50-RC is under evaluation by AASHTO PEAS (formerly NTPEP) for High Friction/Thin Overlay (HFTO) applications.  No Hazmat endorsement is required for US domestic transportation.
