Our EPO-TEK® products are also engineered to meet MIL-STD883/5011, and they are manufactured in our DSCC approved testing facility Our solutions are ideal for hermetic packaging applications, including chip bonding, substrate attachment, dielectric isolation and thermal management. Our adhesives are widely used for critical applications in microwave, communications, radar, missiles, cockpit and engine controls, and sensors.
