EPO-TEK® 314 Low Vicosity Optical Grade Epoxy

This two component, high temperature grade thermally and electrically insulating epoxy is designed for adhesive and sealing application found in semiconductor, electro-optics, fiber optics and scientific/OEM industries. It is a low vicosity optical grade epoxy with a low index of refrection (Nd).
